As long as they're reputable, I can say that they're all transparent and it all depends to the games that you play. In online casinos, we know the games that are provably fair. In physical casinos, you can just lean onto the trust that are given to them but in general, it's always the house that wins.
The reason why most people go to the physical casino or game center is actually because of the fun there's, like you said, good music was ongoing and a lot of people were also there interacting with each other and that makes it more fun. I haven't gone to the physical casino before but I have gambled in a normal betting store where gamblers mostly play virtual sport games and it's also fun.
The atmosphere there is different and you can meet new people personally there if that's part of your goal, to socialize and befriend other gamblers. The music there is one of the reasons why gamblers keep on coming back, it's part of the dopamine increase that a gambler gets there.
