I use easy tips to choose who will win a soccer match, like checking odds, team stats, and who plays at home. I also look at the referee’s history (which is crazy though). I know these tips don’t promise a win, but they let me enjoy my time while playing, and they help me to accept my losses (which is the most important thing for me)
Sometimes, even if I play responsibly, it happens to me to feel regret and anger after losing... it’s when I follow my heart and bet on Real Madrid (It cost me money last season, but I will support them even if they play against aliens, no choice
)
What about you? Do you use data or your heart? I personally think that emotions have no place in gambling, so it would be wise if I always gamble on the team I support. There is no extra benefit to it, so most of the time I analyze sports teams for my bets, check the form of the players, and then place a bet on the likely team.
And I think if someone gambles with data as their priority, they have a higher chance of winning. Betting based solely on their own mind is nothing more than madness.
