In case the user already not responding with such long time, just marked the case is finish or at least the casino already respoded. Mostly, they're not Bitcointalk user... and just looking some forum to help the case.
Once they get the withdraw, sometimes most of them just not responding anymore and leave once receive the money. Unless they open in some casino site ratting like casino guru. Their system can mark the case.
You are absolutely right, most people that come to the forum to complain about one issue or the other are not active users of this forum and the reason for them posting here is because they have issues with their casino and need help, as soon as such issue is resolve, most won't even remember that they complained about the issue on this forum and see the need to come back and let the community know that their issue has been resolved, they simply go their way.
Only a very few persons usually remember to come back and update the community that issue they complained about has been resolved before disappearing.
And in the case or issue that user shared here, I see no case actually, what I see or saw was impatient, a withdrawal request that is held by kyc verification won't immediately get processed the very moment kyc verification is passed, it will take some time before the withdrawal request get processed, this is where the user appeared to be impatient and decided to post the issue (which is not really an issue) here.
