I can agree to it because I experienced it before.
I have 2 reasons before:
1. It's either I can't sleep because I am excited about how to spend my winnings
2. Or I can't sleep because my winnings are not enough and I am still willing to play more, bet more, and expect to grow those winnings.
I always readily spend it on what I want, and when the item I want is paid for and all that's left is to wait for it to arrive, I can sleep soundly knowing I've got what I want. Although sometimes I still feel like I haven't had enough of my winnings, this is riskier than spending them immediately, so my preferred option is to spend them immediately.I have 2 reasons before:

Sometimes I gamble again, and some win, some don't, but the most common outcome is that I don't win. When we win, we must make the most of it; if we gamble again, the risk of losing is unavoidable.
