Bangladesh won the T20 series against Sri Lanka in the last series. So Bangladesh will compete against Pakistan with confidence. Bangladesh announced the same squad against Pakistan. But I don't think Bangladesh can easily beat Pakistan, because Pakistan is a stronger team than Bangladesh, currently Pakistan's squad has young talented players who will be able to perform brilliantly. And the performance of Bangladeshi players is irregular, there is doubt whether Bangladesh will do well today. Anyway Mirpur's pitch is bowling friendly so bowlers will get extra advantage. But if Bangladesh wants to win then they have to do both batting and bowling well. I think the match will be very competitive.
It's very hard to predict who is strong among Pakistan and Bangladesh because both teams have same level of performance these days. The main issue with Bangladesh is consistency i.e. once they perform well in one match or a series they do opposite in next matches. Pakistan has finally made a bold move of dropping main players like Babar Azam, Shaheen Shah who were struggling to score runs or taking wickets. Pakistan team is in state of rebuilding and that's a good opportunity for Bangladesh to grab another T20I series victory.
