I don't think many Nigerians still make use of ATM machines or stand because of the probability of not finding cash in them when you need it the most. Many Nigerians have moved to using POS outlets where you are more certain that you can get the cash you need for a specific charge. So for this advice I think we should be more careful and know that the people or the attendants at POS outlets are not our friends.
That's the fact, most Nigerians has moved on since there are deficit of cash in the ATM machines spread across the country, Nigerians prefer doing it the other way round which I also see as a clever approach by them, the truth is that, it is not that there's no cash actually in the banks, from my findings, I got to know that most of those cashiers and other financial institutions workers have several POS stands so they withhold those cash and give it to the people they employ to manage the POS stuff for them and another thing is that they sell the cash to some other POS owners so the cash left which is not even enough will now be deposited in the ATM machine to make look as if their ATM machine is working, although I might have deviated, considering the bone of contention here, ATM machines stands was where criminals elements perpetrate there evil acts but it is now on a lesser side, reason being that the use of ATM machine by individuals has dropped.
