I'm saying that you sound like a BC shill. This is a company that has frozen my account and not even given me a reason. They simply do not communicate. No reputable company would ever do that. Even shady operators usually open a dialogue or some line of communication. In this case they just ignore every single attempt i try to talk to them. Yet here you are saying they are a good company.
If i've done something wrong, which i haven't incidentally, then i'd at least like to know what i can do to fix it.

I’m sure you received notification through email or do contact the support about your issue and answer you with response quoting part of the ToS.
