Rodrygo was one of the most useful players last season. I don't understand why he was left out when Alonso arrived.
I didn't see him at the Club World Cup. I thought he was injured, but it turns out he was in a different situation.
If he's not in Real's plans, Rodrygo leaving would be beneficial for him. Many clubs would want him. If he wants to leave, there are plenty of clubs in the Arabian League interested in him.
He's a useful player, but as far as I can tell, he doesn't fit into Alonso's system.
On one hand, Rodrygo is used to this kind of treatment. Even under Ancelotti, he spent a long time being a bench player. But lately, especially when Vinicius was injured, he was getting a place in the team and played quite well. However, with Alonso's arrival, he slightly changed the player setup, he puts Bellingham in the attacking line. And that’s not very good for Rodrygo, because there's no spot left for him up front. Moreover, since Alonso started involving the young Garcia, things could get even worse for Rodrygo. But I think Real has a very tight schedule, and he will still get his time to prove how good he is.
