A few years back casinos started to roll our KYC restrictions for withdrawals just due to the government policy changes regarding AML so they go no choice but to follow the regulations to run their business and then users also thought having a license is kind of trustworthiness even though it isn't true so every new casinos just focused on what people wanted. But people still love to play at a casino where KYC isn't mandatory but I don't think we have options to do that.
It's impossible and can be done and a lot of people will prefer it if it's legit and there's good reputation around the casino or the owners.
It's the same way people appreciate hyperLiquid for trading in crypto without KYC aa opposed to the many CEXs we have that require KYC before you can do anything tangible with your account. The same with gambling too. If a new platform emerges that is reputable and solid in terms of how they operate and no mandatory KYC, I'm sure almost everyone will flock over there.
I think a few years ago we had an anon betting platform called DirectBet iirc with no KYC.
We can't just assume based on the opinions from the Bitcointalk because crypto userbase is wider and apparently we still live in the eda where people use exchange as their wallet for storing their crypto so I don't know how much users will prefer but there's a chance for the high rollers to use that platform because they never want their bitcoin to end up in any platform where they need to give their identity. So as I said we can only know if someone launches it now and see how the business is...
