Let me break down what I meant; in every casino, there's always a demand for an early stage of KYC (that may not involve government recognized IDs and proof of authentications). Are you saying BC.game didn't demand for your name, addy and phone number/Gmail?
You don't have any other alternative but to contact them and appeal. You should be desperate to get profits from your own money. Any other illegal way to bypass will only get you in more trouble. Just like I said earlier, there's something you're not telling us -- I've seen some comments from others on the same notion.
