No player can give his best under a manager that doesn't believe in your talent, Rashford is a promising player and one of my favorites. As Manchester united fan, seeing him playing in another club is not a thing of joy. I always wish to see him play in Manchester united. But in football no one can predict the next move of a player. Beside Manchester united is not in Europe competition next season. Rashford searching for a club like Barcelona is a good move for him.
Barcelona coach Hansi flick needs a competitive squad, and quality bench. Everyone has to fight to play. Rashford will be a key player for Barcelona next season, just as he did in Aston villa last season.
But let's be factual here, how many opportunities has Rashford been given over the years and what improvement has he brought to the team and himself at large? He was induced into the first team around 2016 if I am not mistaken and till date Rashford still hasn't improved in his style of play at least.
Thank you very much, I was scrolling down and waiting for this kind of comment, I really don't understand how they expect the coaches to treat him. I just checked to be sure and you're right on the year he was in Manchester United first team which was in 2016 as you said, he was 18 years. Rashford still hasn't done what Martial did in his first season. I still that very year, before the game against Liverpool that Martial showed his worth against Liverpool. Before that game Rooney said he didn't know who Martial was but after that game he knew he he was because of how influencial he was at that Liverpool. I can't fully remember it was like he scored either a goal or two goal and an assist.
Rashford has been in Manchester United for 9 years now with different managers and no real impact from him apart from his first season and the song we have always been hearing is, "give him time, he will improve after all his still young"
