It's kind of a good news tho, but the question is is a winger really Arsenal's problem? Noni madueke might not really give that which is expected of him at Chelsea but you never can tell he might be one of the Arsenal's strong hold, just as the like of cole Palmer Becky then in Manchester City he was a bencher till he gets to the Chelsea team and become a world class so for madueke he might also do the same, but the problem is Arsenal really need a striker more than any other position, because that was the major problems they were having last season so I think Mikel Arteta should focus more on that than this other wing.
If you want to be honest, Arsenal don't really need a winger because they really have players available in that position that are much better and have reached chemistry in the squad in previous seasons. The only reason I thought of because Arsenal began to get a good signal to the recruitment of Viktor Gyokeres so that they returned to strengthen the position of the winger.
Arteta has his own reasons for this issue and I am sure he has a big plan for the recruitment of Noni Madueke. To rotate it may be much easier because he has several choices that can be taken so that at the time of rotation it is needed with an increasingly dense number of matches that will make it easier for him.
