I guess that's the best way to stay fit + hit the gym.
You don't even have to hit gym tbh, plenty exercises can be done at home — push ups, squats, pull ups (you can hang wherever possible in your house or get a pull up bar), jump rope (costs ~150 rupee on Amazon), etc.
Oh yes, working out at home is definitely possible but we need a strong motivation to workout from home.
I have tried it and succeeded to some extent but honestly speaking, I prefer hitting the gym.
Its a different kind of feeling working out at the gym and seeing others working out feels motivated too.
We also make some new friends but yeah, for those people who don't want to spend much and want to workout at home then yes they can opt for that too.
