I played in UK using VPN, deposits and withdrawals fine til now. Should have done my research, and now I can't upload UK documents to verify myself.

Is there any action I can take to get this money? Any forums where I could sell the account? Could I move countries and pass it that way?

Hello, have you tried reaching to their customer support service on their website? If they do not respond, then you may reach out to their ANN thread to this forum for further investigation and information on why your KYC would not advanced.

Since you also mentioned that you used a VPN, you may want to check out their ToS regarding this activity. Many gambling websites post their ToS and it specifically prohibits persons using VPN services to access their website, else, they may hold your funds and even confiscate it.

I do recommend that before taking any action on your end, contact their customer service and ask the status of your account.

They said BC Game is VPN friendly, so I assume that can't be your issue. Your issue might come from you making use of BC Game while you are from and based in the UK, which BC has closed their service with.

This is why it is always good for someone to always update himself with terms of services of every platform they are making use of. It could be that OP didn't know of this, because if he was aware that BC was closing their operation to UK customers, he wouldn't have find himself in this situation. But BC Game should have sent notifications to all their UK customers about their discontinuation of services in the UK, or they did but OP didn't get his or he decided to neglect it?

This is an interesting point- so the website allows the use of VPN services but the UK expressly prohibits online gambling from that website. If this were the case, I do recommend that you contact the CS and appeal whatever decision that they might make against you.
