Was she the one who came up with proposals like turning bitcoin into a strategic reserve, or suggesting that Congress consider selling gold to buy 1 million BTC over 5 years to build a strategic bitcoin reserve for the US?

But so far , it appears her previous ideas have never been seriously proposed to Congress. So should we believe she's really serious about  this idea?

In my opinion, as long as it has not been proposed, passed and become law. Let's not be too quick to celebrate or get excited.
