They're all good player, fast rising stars that's why they're being sorted after by Champions League playing teams but amongst all I think Pedro is the most likely to do better he's already proved himself worthy for Chelsea in the Club World Cup and scored several goals including a goal in the finals, Elanga is another player I feel would do better.
