The government may accept the co-existence with bitcoin but we all know the government is showing a two-faced when it comes to bitcoin. It’s not a secret that until now, the government has still not supported bitcoin mainly because of its decentralized nature.
The government is selfish, they want to take full control on everything, until bitcoin came, and become a threat to fiat, and the worst thing is they can’t gain an access and take full control on all bitcoin that exist in the market.
One day we hear about how a government wants to adopt a strategic bitcoin reserve, only for another party to take power and scrap the project.
There is nothing new here.
Or when we hear about making countries bitcoin-friendly but it's all mostly cloud except for El Salvador (and the UAE but they are a different basket that has already embraced crypto in general.)
