Honestly forgetting about a loss is hard especially a loss that happens after you've chased a loss. More reason why you should not gamble irresponsibly. My estimation um if you are is all it takes for me to forget about a loss and to do this I always stay busy, that is a trick. If you don't give your mind something to think about and your hands something to do your mind would always ruminate over the loss and it is absolutely, pointless. Stay busy.
Double kill..... Grin It's hard to forget a loss and even chase a previous loss so that's the hardest thing. Anyone will find it hard to forget.

So if you know that if we lose it is difficult to forget it, then don't gamble with large amounts, at least by being able to lose, the loss will be easily forgotten, or like you have a busy life after losing, your mind can quickly recover again.

If I myself already know this is difficult when losing, then at least $5 bet if you lose it doesn't matter because the nominal is small so it's easy to forget. Cheesy
