This is exactly part of the reason why Bitcoin was developed—to remove all this type of restriction in terms of making payments. There is no discrimination whatsoever that can be done to it; let the service just accept Bitcoin, and then you are good to go.
After reading your story. I can take a conclusion if your title is click bait. I meant it's the domain site who discriminated you from using their service because you came from restricted region, then you jumped to the new domain site that allow your region. So you can buy your domain.
