I think you ALWAYS are going to remember big games that you lost your ass on, but in general if I lose a bet I am over it by the next day. Refocus and keep your mind on the next game you are looking at, no need to stay upset and ruin the rest of your day.
I don’t know if I am the only one that feels that way but forgetting a game lost is easier said than done especially if good money was staked and the game was close to becoming a win. I don’t let the outcome of a game control my moves but as a human I must feel a level of pain when I lose a bet, I take a little break and hope that my next game plays out well because a win always helps me.
Losing a small amount doesn't bother me much, so I don't try or want to dwell on all losses. It just adds stress and you might make an ignorant bet the next time because you feel the pressure of "needing" to win. You will start losing every bet if you let losses get to you.
