Can your service be used for recovery of lost password on a decentralized project where there is no email recovery?
I did few bounties in the past but I lost access to them due to forgotten password.
Exactly, cause it's summer holidays doesn't mean they shouldn't be active here to attend to potential clients, they should also consider potential clients outside Europe and North America, except maybe they don't want to extend their services outside those areas for now which doesn't make sense, anyways the admin has cleared the air on that by saying they'll be more active here so I'm looking forward to seeing more replies to very important questions. Anyways it would be lovely if they can attend to your issue, maybe if you're willing to send your device to their factory then they'll attend to you.
You don't have to desperately assume why they never gave you feedback as soon as you needed to. The fact is that you might have gotten a feedback from them without your awareness if you don't get notifications. Holidays are meant to be fun for those that love going on a trip with families and relatives. Even though going for adventures does not mean total quietness towards curious enquires that might end up using their service when the need is there.
