I'm quite confident in Joao Pedro's abilities. He's already proven his quality with Chelsea at the Club World Cup. And I'm sure he'll be a prolific goal scorer in the new Premier League season with Chelsea. Besides his sharp ability to penetrate the opponent's defense, he's also adept at positioning himself in easy assist positions. He's adept at spotting gaps in the opposition's defense. And I think an extraordinary season awaits Joao Pedro. Chelsea are very fortunate to have him. And I think Brighton will regret letting go of a player as good as Joao Pedro. Besides his youth, he also looks very mature on the pitch. And his potential can still be further enhanced.

Chelsea needed a striker and that's what Joao Pedro is because Chelsea has been creating lots of chances but lacked someone with the ability to convert most of the chance. We have already seen the importance of Joao Pedro to the team as his contribution helped Chelsea win the tournament. Chelsea also have another striker that'll be playing the row of the main striker while João Pedro gets used as a false nine to help on the attack. Next season is going to be a very good season for Chelsea because they have already won all the tournaments they participated in and have two cups already. It'll be interesting to see Chelsea performance in the champions league.
Yes, the presence of someone like Joao Pedro really complements what Chelsea previously needed. Although Chelsea already has several quality forwards, in terms of sharpness in creating chances or even converting goals, I think Joao Pedro could be a better help.

I'm also impatient to see what Chelsea will show next season, both in the domestic league and in European competitions like the Champions League. As a team that won the Club World Cup, many people have high expectations for Chelsea. However, we must also recognize that sometimes things don't go as planned. Sometimes a team can perform well in preseason but then suffer when the season starts. And sometimes a team that looks bad in preseason can actually improve and surprise everyone.
