Adam Zampa was certainly a great hope for the Australian team, but he could not play any role in taking wickets in terms of bowling on the part of the Australian team. I never expected such a performance from Zampa, I thought he would be able to take two to three wickets, but this hope was fulfilled by another player. Dwarshuis performed miraculously in this match, he was the only West Indies team that was in danger.
If the Australian team had been more strict in terms of bowling, then the West Indies team would have been more short of runs, if the Australian team had won this match easily, Australia as a strong team would have faced a lot of pressure. The Australian team was ready to score 190 runs for the loss of seven wickets and won, the Test series was won, I think the T20 series will definitely happen.
I think Adam Zampa performance was not bad on this pitch, he did well enough, but he couldn't take wickets, he bowled 4 overs and gave only 30 runs. Actually the pitch was batting friendly due to which the batsmen got extra advantage. West Indies batted first and collected 189 runs in the allotted overs. Now there was enough target to win the target of 189 runs in T20 format but West Indies' bowling line was not good. If West Indies' bowling line was good then West Indies would have won. Andre Russell bowled very badly, he conceded 37 runs in 2 overs. I think West Indies fell far behind due to Andre Russell's poor bowling, if Andre Russell did well then the result of the match would have been different. Australia won the first match and took a 1-0 lead in the series. So West Indies players have to take the next matches very seriously, but I think Australia will win the series.
