Warning: make sure that you did not take it to anywhere for repair, your wallet is different from your smart phone. If Trevor did not tell you to send it to them for repair, do not give anyone else, but just buy a new one. Luckily, there is still Trezor one on the official Trezor website but I will advice you to get something like Safe 3.
