I hope these recently signed players perform well, because if they perform poorly, Liverpool fans will criticize them. I personally would have preferred Liverpool to sign Alexander Isak instead of Hugo Ekitike. This is because Hugo Ekitike comes from the Bundesliga, a weak league compared to the Premier League. He may not perform well. He played 33 games and only scored 15 goals.
Even playing in the Bundesliga, I believe he won't be able to score 15 goals in the Premier League, while Alexander Isak, who already plays in the Premier League, performed better. But unfortunately, Newcastle doesn't want to sell him. It makes sense, but the price Liverpool paid for Hugo Ekitike is too high, in my opinion.
