I will like to know how quickly do you forget a painful loss and bounce back. I hate losing and after a big loss I will be frank I don’t forget it immediately although I don’t let it define my next game but it takes a while for me to forget a big loss and the best way I forget about a loss is how fast I can have a win in my subsequent games. A win is like an antidote to my sadness after a loss. So how fast do you forget a loss and what can help you in forgetting about it.
As somebody that really don't care about losing my gambling funds, it's easy for me to forget those losses since it isn't that painful to me at all.
I've said this multiple times, but I have this mindset where whenever I put money only gambling account, I already consider it as "lost funds" where I don't care whatever happens to that money. In that way, I will not feel disappointed or regret once I lost that money. It's hard to apply that kind of mindset especially if you're the type of gambler who feels hurt whenever you lost your money. If I win, I don't care, and if I lose, I don't care as well. Because of that mindset, I can easily forget my losses.
Also, there are other things that I'm doing if I lose my money like playing online games, or playing basketball outside. Just something that I need to do to spend my time outside gambling so that at least that eases the disappointment that I feel.
