Ten Hag coached Manchester United and when coaching Manchester United he lifted a trophy with them even though he didn't coach them well as Manchester United was down in the English premier league, we all know that English premier league is one of the most difficult league in the world, for me I will even say is the most difficult league in the world right now, so he may do well in this Germany League, one thing I have learnt when it comes to football is never to say a thing can't happen, Ten hag may surprise everyone next season.
Bayern Leverkusen has great players and all Ten Hag will do is to use this players very well and everything will go well, I believe he has an assistant coach there in Bayern Leverkusen and the assistant coach has been in the club for some time now so the coach will put Ten Hag through in some things.
No body believed PSG will win inter Milan and lift the champions League trophy and no body believed Chelsea will win PSG and lift the FIFA club world cup, so no one should judge Ten Hag now untill next season starts.

While I'm discussing things that haven't happened yet, this is just a prediction. I'm not being pretentious, and Leverkusen can't be compared to PSG or Chelsea. Speaking of PSG, they've been building their club for quite some time, from signing star players to bringing in a more experienced coach, before finally finding balance in their team last season and conquering Europe. The same thing happened to Chelsea. The previous season, Chelsea spent several large sums of money to strengthen their squad several times. Both teams deserved their achievements. Meanwhile, Leverkusen will start the new season with doubts, having sold several of their best players and brought in a rather controversial coach.

Erik Ten Hag's performances in the Netherlands propelled him to the Premier League thanks to his Ajax performances, but his team's performances in the Premier League, where the main competition lies, have been quite weak. Now he's moved to a team aiming for success in the Bundesliga, and I don't think he'll be successful there either. His next stop will likely be the Netherlands. He could return to the Netherlands and manage a team. Frankly, his chances of success in the challenging Bundesliga are quite low.

I agree with that. When he moved to Manchester United, he failed to adapt well to the Premier League, and even caused significant losses for the club. The Bundesliga isn't as competitive as the Premier League, but considering all aspects and the current situation at Leverkusen, his chances of shining in Germany are slim.
