Did you get a reason why the transaction failed? I haven't used their debit card but the feerate may be too high for the amount you're trying to withdraw.

I haven't used it either, in fact I think that this is the first time I've heard about that card (the metallic one looks cool
) so I'm not sure what's causing the problem, but what Upgrade00 makes a lot of sense. If they charge minimal fees for each transaction, it makes sense that $0.24 is under the minimum threshold they have set to be able to withdraw. But I can't find it anywhere in their website, either.Please, post a screenshot as suggested so we can help you instead of speculating about the reasons, or reach out to support and let us know what was the reason, for future similar cases.
