Napoli has being fooling many clubs that have shown keen interest on signing Osimhen. Last season PSG was really serous on signing Osimhen but Napoli used the request of some funds to deny them the deal. Napoli has always been superb in doing football business especially ADL, their president. No doubt Napoli fans always proud of him. Imagine Galatasaray paid like what Napoli paid in the past, but must give 10% of future sales to the Napoli.
