What we have to understand, though, is how these services are a platform of their own, and has no affiliation with bitcoin. This mean, they could setup their own rules in their own platform which may include flagging your payment. Just something to bear in mind as we're also transacting with a third party.

If we're talking about Bitcoin on its own, yeah, no countries are censored. Cross-border payments in its entirety, am i right? Cheesy
You made a good point here. Every service platform has certainly its own rules as well, and since bitcoin is not part of it, insisting to access with bitcoin is like breaking their service rules. It’s certainly not a discrimination issue, but this service is just doing within their set of rules or boundaries.

Bitcoin belongs to another platform, so it’s like it’s not within their jurisdiction, get my point? Otherwise, if they let you have an access to bitcoin, that’s like disobedience to their own set of rules.
