Only one time have I experienced a big loss, and when I say a big loss, I mean, I lost an amount of money that was very huge to me, one that if divided into 6 places, I still can not afford to lose one of the places, this is a lost that really shaked me, I fainted, spend 3 days in the hospital before I got discharged, I spent over a month thinking deeply about this loss even while I stayed away from gambling for over a year..

And till date, I still feel that anxiousness and regret in me each time I remember that money and how I would have better used it,
I'm so sorry for your big loss. It's a painful story, this loss that caused you to be hospitalized for 3 days, this is sad. It must have been much more than you could bear.
Therefore, a gambler should never gamble more than they can afford to lose. You certainly learned this lesson well through that harsh experience. Perhaps if I were in your place, I wouldn't have endured that devastating loss and might have stopped gambling altogether.

In any case, the important thing is to learn from your mistakes and not repeat them in the future.
