Zelensky lies. He calls for negotiations while sending drones into Russia territory to attack and destroy civilians. Z has done this any number of times.
Many Ukrainians inside Ukraine are loyal to Russia, and are only forced by Z and his military to act in favor of Ukraine. Millions of Ukrainians who are still Ukrainians, fled Ukraine when Z was elected, because they could afford it, and they saw what was coming. All that Russia is doing is freeing up Russian Ukraine to be Russian as they want.
The whole thing is not Z. Rather, it is the Western banking systems that made a corrupt, perverted naked comedian, Z, to be their puppet for money, to use Ukraine to conquer Russia. And the CIA (another Western banking puppet) subverted the election systems of Ukraine to let Z into office at all.
