Usually when I see such questions from Newbies with 1 post on Bitcointalk, I can tell it's scam without even opening website. But this time I can't even tell you that - website doesn't even opens for me. But from what I read in OP's description, it's most obvious scam. Avoid it at any cost like it would plague.
I didn't bother going to the website - I think the OP just wanted to promote the platform instead of asking some questions. I've started to notice that some newbi are specifically creating thread and asking about platforms we've never heard of. The platform seem like scams - but they try to make it sound like they're curious or interested in them and need advice.
I just wonder - do they get paid for this?
