Even with the change of coach, I don't think there will be any big improvement at Tottenham hotspurs. Maybe I am not following the transfer window so well but I don't see them competing so hard trying to reinforce their squad with good players. This is anything a top club aspiring to do better in the next season would try to do but Tottenham seems to be taking a long nap until the transfer period is done.
Tottenham are always doubtful - not just in the Premier League, but also in Europe. They are fundamentally a better team than many others in the Premier League - but somehow they seem to struggle to prove themselves as the best contenders. The change of manager will only bring new hope - but Tottenham are still believed to struggle to win any titles next season.
Thomas Frank was a great manager for his previous team - but I'm sure he won't have an easy time improving Tottenham's performance next season. Tottenham need a lot of reliable players - certainly to support their big plans for next season. As one of the best teams in the Premier League, Tottenham won't be underestimated in Europe, in my opinion.
