So you did just recover your wallet with your seed phrase? When you create a new wallet and restore your seed phrase, you won't be able to get those descriptions because all of them are saved in your old wallet file unless you enable the labelsync plugin as suggested above; it would automatically sync to the server that later would sync to your new wallet after you restore.

But sometimes I have issues with the LabelSync plugin; some labels or descriptions are missing, so if you want to take them all from your local PC/Laptop always use the export option as suggested above. To make the guide above more clear, check this image below as a reference.
