Yup, I did mint one, then I won another one in holders chat, sold one of them way back. I'm back again to two NFTs now, though.
You do get free entries from holding, but you're not automatically entered., You would need to manually enter. I think this is because MetaWin wants to drive traffic from the comps, as well.
It's hard to give an estimate since it's luck based with odds depending on how much you hold and/or how rare they are--if traits are boosted. In addition, comps will be ravamped when staking roll out this week. According from MetaWin, prizes will range from $10,000 to $1, 000, 000.
