Roman Storm's trial have entered the second week and the defense counsel is looking up to a termination of the trial citing that they didn't find any connection of Hanfeng Ling's scammed funds to Tonado Cash. Remember that Hanfeng Ling testified that her pig butchering scam in 2021 were linked to Tonado Cash but Roman Storm's lawyers are affirming that there are no traces of the funds in Tonado Cash. Does it mean that Hanfeng Ling is ONLY trying to blackmail Roman Storm?

Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm's trial shaken as defense eyes mistrial over witness testimony: reports is claiming that scammers laundered the proceeds from the scam through which she lost money using Tornado Cash. The defence team. She claimed that it was a recovery team she hired that told her how the funds moved. But Roman Storm's defence, headed by David Patton, pushed back such a claim and told the court that Ling's lost crypto didn't go through Tornado Cash. Both parties would have to prove their claims. Maybe the services of a blockchain forensics specialist would be helpful to decide the outcome of this case. Let's see how it goes as the case continues.
