The second option is the best option without any panic, I have never heard of anyone losing money by doing it, it has only been profitable. Meanwhile, I still consider the first & third options to be quite risky. If you want to win for sure, avoid those two methods.

BTW, there's another way to win without trading. Staking stablecoins, their FIAT value only fluctuates or increases slightly, but if you have a lot of capital, you can make easy money there. The only challenge is the security & reputation of the staking provider.
