Indeed, nothing should be underestimated until we see how the new season truly restarts. Amorim may be inexperienced in the Premier League, or even at a big club like Manchester United. However, Amorim has actually proven his quality for Manchester United in the Europa League recently. However, his over-focus on the Europa League has made Manchester United's performance in the Premier League less than impressive.

However, in the new season, I think all Manchester United fans will still want Amorim to lead Manchester United to at least a top-four finish. Or at least a good ranking to secure a European spot. I'm quite certain that if Amorim, who only focuses on the domestic league but doesn't manage to achieve a good enough ranking, will have to face the consequences of criticism and the like, which we're all accustomed to seeing. But as a coach, I'm quite confident that Manchester United is a club that is always patient enough to give its coaches time to build their teams.
Manchester United's current problem in the transfer market is the team's difficulty in releasing several players they plan to let go. While some players appear likely to be released, they are still quite far from their target. This also impacts the team's ability to recruit new players in the transfer market. Rashford and Sancho appear to be the first to leave. However, Manchester United has already released three players on free transfers, including Jonny Evans, who is already 37 years old. However, Manchester United is struggling with players they want to sell, as interest in players who have enjoyed careers at Manchester United has dwindled. Although there are some interested parties, the process is quite slow.

However, Amorim seems unwilling to rush, as he is aware that he will only compete in the domestic league. Therefore, he doesn't need a large-scale transfer at this time.

As for Amorim's qualities, we don't know for sure. He was good at his previous team, but that's no guarantee he'll be good at a bigger club like Manchester United.

I think Ruben Amorim is just a little more relaxed. But I hope that doesn't mean Amorim is a bit dismissive of their fixtures which won't be busy. Because Amorim must also realize that although Man United will only compete in the Premier league but still it is not an easy competition. And it still takes careful preparation in forming a better squad depth than before. But as we see today, Man United does not seem to intend to make big changes as many people expect. He only seems to add a few players and release a few players. So the majority of old players will also continue to fill this squad. And I don't know if this will be good or not. But honestly I don't have much hope for Man United in the new season. And I think you and many of us here are thinking the same thing, aren't we?
