Win and distance the gambling/casino site immediately and distance to casino or site for a while it could be weeks or months and then plans with your wining and after you might end up investing it were you feels like to do it you can then come back to gambling with at least minimal of 5-10$ deposit again with this it would help you to regulates how you gambles and how much you should able to spend per day/weekly. This same is what make gamblers easily falls into indication because of lack of self-control while gambling.
