Your absolutely right and I totally agree with everything you said. Fitness alone is not enough we really do need to be more intentional about regular check ups and paying attention to what we eat. Sometimes we overlook things until they start affecting us. It is true enjoying life is important but balance is key. Thanks for the reminder let's all try to stay mindful and take our health seriously wishing us all good health always.

Not only pay attention to what we eat alone but more on ourselves on everything we do as humans because sometimes it won't be the food but something in the body. The body has it's own way of not accepting things we do not only food, where we find ourselves have a way of getting us to the emergency room faster than we could ever imagine, let's say where we find ourselves like place of work where the air we take in, let's say a gas plant, it isn't healthy to some but we have to do it just to survive and make money (part of the hustle) and we forget to go for check ups and treatment and we feel everything is ok but is not.
Honestly, that is why we are humans but it doesn't mean we should be foolish to let some certain things to get to us deeply before we act, is hard but we have to try to act fast to avoid things getting bad all in the name of enjoyment and hustling for tomorrow.
