United doesn't have that much better people that could make it change for that better or good. We need to arrange a way for United to basically just get greater results from the ownership change. I know that INEOS took over but obviously they were the wrong party too.
They need someone who is better than both Glazers AND also the INEOS, if they can do that then the yare going to get a great result but that is not really that common for them and not getting that type of great result for none of them. If they can have a good ownership change, and also management change, like all football related office people gets fired and someone better is taken? Then we can start to see some change. They need to fire all office workers and management and owners and get a fully new ones.
Yes, I think your assumption is correct and reasonable. The current situation at Manchester United really needs to be improved as a whole, not just from the players and coach. As we can see, Manchester United has been unable to recover from its slump for a decade. I think it's quite odd to blame only the players and coach. Manchester United has brought in many coaches and players this decade, but strangely, none of them have produced any results. So, I think this is truly the fault of Manchester United's management and analysts, who are incompetent in selecting coaches and players.
Because if Manchester United's management and analysts had worked well, I don't think Manchester United would be in this slump. Manchester United is a big team with a lot of money. So, Manchester United should be able to make changes to improve its team performance. But in reality, Manchester United has been unable to do that. In fact, according to Ronaldo's testimony, the current facilities at Manchester United have not been updated. Because Ronaldo sees that the current facilities were already in place when he first joined Manchester United. So, given this, I believe Manchester United should change ownership so everything can run smoothly.
