"It's good to learn from others, so you don't have to learn expensive lessons yourself"
I read this quote long ago, and I have been learning from others ever since

I always try to keep as much money in my gambling wallet as I'm willing to lose on the gambling activity. I always use this as a benchmark; once it's gone, it becomes my limit to prevent me from gambling again before the specified time. This has proven to be worthwhile for me, because apart from me sometimes trying to hold back so my money doesn't run out before the specified time, this also works for me, as when the money runs out, I stop.
This might not be worth it for others, but I think there's no harm in trying it. After all, it can be a limit that can be used as an option to minimize losses, especially for those who sometimes gamble without regard for time and regardless of the amount of losses. At least by implementing limits like this, we can force ourselves to be a little more disciplined.
