Soft-Fork at Block Height 4380000 Complete

The Bismuth network completed its planned soft fork at block height 4,380,000.
While it may seem like a small step, it marks a profound shift: no more developer and hypernode rewards, reduced inflation, and a return to a single, miner-driven mainnet.
This is a streamlined, transparent, and community aligned Bismuth network.
