Exactly, cause it's summer holidays doesn't mean they shouldn't be active here to attend to potential clients, they should also consider potential clients outside Europe and North America, except maybe they don't want to extend their services outside those areas for now which doesn't make sense, anyways the admin has cleared the air on that by saying they'll be more active here so I'm looking forward to seeing more replies to very important questions. That is why I think that more channel of communication should be open and they all should be responding fast because we live in a time where communication has been made easier through social media, so a company rep should be stationed here to address all the questions and worries of potential client, they should also open other faster means of communication, like Whatsapp and telegram, because in a service like this, the experience of others that has done business with them before plays an important role if more customers are going to come or not, so what am trying to say is that if keychainx respond fast to any questions ask, and they are very efficient as they claimed, and the clients that has worked with them in the past can attest to that, it will be easier to convince more people that their services is good, but if they aren't doing things right especially now that they don't have the full confidence of the community, most client will see keychainx as a bullet dodge honestly.
