For me no since I'm not a gambler, and i just do it for fun, do small bets which is under budget but if things got worse or consecutive loses i do make sure to walk out of it, the people who will have effects are the people who don't know how to call it a day and stop gambling, they are thinking that if they still play they might win again and cover the loses but in reality they are digging a hole for them they can't get out, resulted to debt to banks and other people.
And this is absolutely the right action, because this is where the biggest problems begin. The casino allows everyone to quickly win and quickly lose money, and many cannot come to terms with such a speed of balance change. Although such gamblers themselves are to blame, because no one forces them to place high bets on roulette or per spin. And when the money is lost, many think that they can also quickly get it back by borrowing. But this leads to an even greater loss.
