Most of the time, addicted gamblers do not realize that they are already addicted or even if they know that they have done something more than what they should do, they wont admit that they are addicted.
From my own experience, it is a bit complicated to say whether I was addicted or not because I was a gambler who bought local lottery ticket everyday for more than a year IIRC.
On the other side, although I bought lottery everyday but I could still control how much I have to spend on it everyday which means that I did not spend more than my daily budget for it.
I stopped it after I managed to win nice amount in 3 consequtive days, at that time I thought that I had to stop for a while but surprisingly I stopped it completely because I lose my interest to play lottery as I found other games to play LOL
What to suggest here? Have a set of gambling budget, have a time limit and do not ignore what others say (especially family) when they started to warn you about what you do.
