To my own opinion I think they have to give him time to prove himself, he took over when the team is already in big mess and have no much time but he managed to get to the Europa League final even though he lost he was kind of superb in that league with some incredible winnings so I think they should let him have his way first for at least one season, because with his mind of letting players like rashford, Sancho, ganacho, and Anthony leave the team not minding their impact and their quality I think he's really up to something and again the three signing he have made already kind of show he is up to something and should be given the chance.
Of course, Amorim certainly deserves the opportunity to continue his plans to improve this team. He does need time, and I don’t think one season is enough. Ruben Amorim still lacks experience with a big team. But I’m confident he has the potential to demonstrate his coaching quality even at a big club like Manchester United. As for how he handles the transfer market, I’m not particularly fond of it. But I’m curious to see what he plans for next season with a team that will focus solely on the domestic league. Some players being allowed to leave isn’t a problem. Personally, I’d prefer Manchester United to release more of their older players and completely refresh their squad. But it seems Amorim doesn’t want to take such drastic steps. He’s not willing to take big risks. He seems to want to start slowly while trying to maximize the potential of the players already there. In terms of quality, the players Manchester United has are already very good. Everything will depend on how the coach maximizes them. And well, Amorim will have to prove it in the upcoming season.
