As a club that wants to compete at the highest level in both domestic and european football, I think they've failed. Small teams have the mentality of making money to save for the worst times. You can't shake this mentality since they don't have big sponsors and therefore big budgets at their disposal. It's not easy for them to survive, and so they make these choices.
