Tottenham won't be as mediocre as last season, probably somewhere in the middle, and their goal will be to win tournaments again. Perhaps they'll prioritize the Europa League again and ignore the league.
If only Tottenham can increase their potentials playing in Europa and Premier League so they stand once again to qualify in the Champions League and get a consecutive title after a long time of not winning any (If they can match other teams). Tottenham preparations says they are not ready for the Champions League, if they can succeed in the first knock out and second, they hardly will secure any final spot. The Premier League and other competition should be their base competitors, at least if Thomas Frank can lead the team to finish within 6th position that is better to what Tottenham management wants not alone winning Europa.
